
Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for diagnostic services at AIROC Hospitals (a unit of AIROC Healthcare Pvt Ltd), located at Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana — 500084, India.
1. Appointment Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time before the scan is performed by calling us at +91 XXXXXXXXXX or messaging us on WhatsApp
There is no cancellation fee for appointments cancelled before the service is rendered
Walk-in patients who decide not to proceed before the scan begins will not be charged
2. Refund for Services Not Rendered
If you have made an advance payment and the scan has not yet been performed, you are entitled to a full refund
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
For UPI and card payments, the refund timeline depends on your bank's processing time
3. Refund for Services Rendered
Once a diagnostic scan (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Lab Test) has been performed, it is considered a completed service and is non-refundable
This is because diagnostic imaging involves machine time, consumables (contrast agents, films, CDs), and radiologist interpretation — all of which are utilized at the time of the scan
4. Repeat Scans / Quality Issues
If a scan needs to be repeated due to a technical error on our part (e.g., machine malfunction, incorrect scan protocol), the repeat scan will be performed at no additional cost
If a repeat scan is needed because the patient moved during the scan or did not follow preparation instructions, standard charges will apply
5. Contrast Agent
If a contrast scan was ordered but the radiologist or doctor determines during the appointment that contrast is not needed, you will only be charged for the plain scan. The difference will be refunded or adjusted.
6. Free Doctor Consultation
The free General Medicine consultation included during promotional periods has no separate monetary value and is not refundable independently. It is a complimentary service bundled with the diagnostic scan.
7. Elite Card / Membership
If applicable, membership card purchases are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase or after the first use of any membership benefit, whichever comes first. Within 7 days of purchase and before any benefit is used, a full refund may be requested.

9. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of a refund request, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at info@airochospitals.com. Disputes will be resolved within 30 days.
