We are a multi-specialty hospital offering diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, PET-CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray), laboratory testing, and medical consultations. We are registered under applicable Indian healthcare regulations including the Telangana Clinical Establishments Act.
2. Eligibility
Our website and services are available to individuals of all ages. For patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for diagnostic services and agree to these Terms on their behalf.
3. Services
3.1 Diagnostic Services
We provide MRI scans, CT scans, PET-CT scans, Ultrasound, X-Ray, ECG, laboratory blood tests, and other diagnostic services. All services are performed by qualified medical professionals using certified equipment.
3.2 Medical Consultations
Consultations provided at AIROC Hospitals are for diagnostic and advisory purposes. They do not replace the opinion of your primary treating physician. Patients are advised to follow up with their referring doctor for treatment decisions.
3.3 Free Doctor Consultation
During promotional periods, a free General Medicine consultation may be included with certain diagnostic services. This is subject to doctor availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of the diagnostic scan, radiologist report, and digital report delivery
Prices marked as "Introductory" or "Launch Offer" are promotional and subject to change without prior notice
Contrast MRI involves an additional charge for the contrast agent (Gadolinium). This is listed separately on our pricing page
Payment is due at the time of service unless covered by an approved insurance provider
We accept cash, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking
GST or other applicable taxes, if any, will be charged as per prevailing government regulations
Pricing Disclaimer: The prices displayed on this website are introductory/promotional prices valid for a limited period. AIROC Healthcare Pvt Ltd reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable will be the price at the time of your appointment.
5. Appointments and Walk-ins
Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or in person
Walk-in patients are welcome, subject to machine availability
We recommend booking in advance for preferred time slots
A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the time of registration
A doctor's referral/prescription is recommended but not mandatory for most scans
6. Reports and Records
Diagnostic reports are typically available on the same day for MRI, CT, and Ultrasound scans
Reports may be delivered via WhatsApp, email, physical printout, or CD as applicable
Medical records are maintained as per Indian Medical Council regulations

7. Patient Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information
Inform our staff of any metal implants, pacemakers, cochlear implants, or other contraindications before an MRI scan
Inform us of allergies, especially to contrast agents, medications, or latex
Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
Follow pre-scan instructions provided by our team (e.g., fasting requirements for contrast scans)
Treat hospital staff with respect and courtesy
8. Limitation of Liability
Diagnostic reports are prepared by qualified radiologists and pathologists based on the information and images available at the time of the scan. While we strive for accuracy, no diagnostic test is 100% definitive
AIROC Healthcare Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for treatment decisions made by third-party doctors based on our reports
We are not liable for delays in report delivery due to technical issues, complex cases requiring additional review, or force majeure events
Our website content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
