Every sample is barcoded at collection and matched to the patient electronically at each stage, removing the manual transcription steps where identification errors normally occur.
Controlled Sample Transport
Samples are transported under temperature-controlled conditions with defined time limits, since delays and temperature variation degrade many analytes and quietly distort results.
Internal Quality Control
Control materials of known value are run alongside patient samples in every batch. Results are released only when controls fall within acceptable limits, and the run is repeated if they do not.
